Payments:

• Cash or Pennsylvania check.

• Out-of-state checks are not accepted.

• Please note that we do NOT accept credit cards.

• Payments are due on receipt at time of service.

• Parts not normally kept in stock will be prepaid at time of service call & diagnosis

Tax Policy:

• Parts & Service are subject to a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.

Cancellations:

• Scheduled Appointments must be cancelled 24 Hours in advance to avoid a service call fee.

• Cancellation of special ordered parts (not typically kept in stock) are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are required to be present during the service.
